Our goal at Trollway CrossFit is to help you achieve your fitness goals as well as understand how to incorporate that strength and fitness into your everyday life.
What should you know about us?
- Every class has a warm up that is focused on getting you ready for the work you will be doing during the strength and gymnastics sessions, as well as during the WOD (work out of the day)
- Every class focuses on a gymnastic skill such as pull ups, handstands, ring dips, double-unders
- Every class has a strength session focusing on the appropriate techniques to keep you safe while increasing your strength
- Our coaches all started at different places in their CrossFit journey and they understand that all of the members are at different places in their journey. The amazing thing about CrossFit is that it is universally scaleable! There are numerous adaptations for your level of strength and fitness. Our coaches work with you to continuously change your scaling as your get stronger and more proficient.
- We believe that mobility is important and educate our members on how to take care of themselves. Hip flexors tight? We can help you with that – not only will your squat become better, you will move better in everyday life.
- Our coaches are big geeks about nutrition! While are not dietitians, we do a significant amount of reading and research on nutrition and are happy to discuss your nutrition journey with you.
- And most importantly, we have an amazing community! Our members are so supportive of each other, they cheer for the success and they help each other get through the tough stuff. As the community has grown and our members have become closer they participate in activities outside of the gym.
