When I first started CrossFit, I am embarrassed to say, I could not even properly use a jump rope. The strides I have made in the last two years are incredible. CrossFit has improved my stamina in many ways, I am able to run longer distances at a faster pace, and accelerate in most of the sports that I play. CrossFit was something out of my comfort zone, but when I started doing the things I had originally thought I couldn’t, I wanted to keep pushing myself more. I would of never thought that I would someday I would be able to do a pull-up, now I can do several. Most importantly it has been a huge factor in building my self-confidence and making me feel like I am an important member of any team I am on.
