Our kids program is awesome. It’s ultimate goal is to make fitness – and specifically CrossFit – fun and safe for your children. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids ages 5-11.
Our teens class builds on the same movements developed in our kids class and progresses to movements found in our regular CrossFit Classes but at much lower loads. It also is a class designed to allow teens to workout along side their peers without the pressure of being in the adult classes. This program is designed for kids ages 12-17.
