FIRST STEP IS TO SCHEDULE YOUR FREE INTRO

During this time, we’ll help you feel welcome, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about next steps. If you choose, we will have you do a short workout so we can set some benchmarks and assess where you are.

Unlimited: $140/month for as many classes as you want to attend, includes any specialty classes that are offered.

2x a Week: $100/month any two classes you want to attend during a calendar week, specialty classes count towards attendance.

LunchBox: $100/month. Specialty class that meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12pm-12:45pm. Designed to fit in during one’s lunch break.

CrossFit Kids: Member $30/ Non-member $60, discounts for multiple children. Children 11 years and younger, meets Tuesday nights at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 8am. Focusses on good movement patterns and getting kids in the habit of moving.

Teen CrossFit: $75/month. Meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4pm. CrossFit workouts scaled to each teen’s abilities.

Drop In’s: $20 a day $60 a week.

Personal Training: $60 an hour, package options available.
