Hey Swole Trolls! In a continuing effort to provide extra service and value to you, our TWCF family, we are going to run a 30 day nutrition challenge starting on October 16th. And the best news… it will be FREE OF COST!!
As we have said before, and continue to say, the starting point for any good fitness program and its foundation is a good nutrition plan. We will be using a plan put together by the Trollway CrossFit Coaching team, a combination of the Whole Life Challenge and the Whole 30. And of course our wisdom…
It will be just this easy:
– Keep a daily journal of your food and workouts. A tracking journal will be provided for your use (optional), either manually or electronically
– You will have a nutrition coach that will check in with you weekly and be available when you have questions, keep in mine we are not nutritionists or dietitians but we have lots of experience dealing with nutritional questions and concerns
– Participating members will be able to discuss questions, recipes, successes and challenges on a private Facebook page. Helpful (maybe entertaining) videos will be posted as well.
– There will be a weigh in/ caliper test at the beginning (week of October 16) and the end so we can track results. Before and after photos are not required unless you want them for yourself.
